Budapest 2023: Amusan dash into 100m hurdles final (BREAKING)

Nigeria’s sensational track & field athlete Tobi Amusan has qualified for the final of the women’s 100 meters hurdles at the 2023 World Athletics Championship, Reelradio.com.ng reports.

Amusan shoved off her slow start to edge Jamaica’s Ackera Nugent and lead the second semi-final race with a time of 12.56 seconds, four seconds ahead of Nugent.

Wednesday’s result saw a a decline in Amusan’s pace after she clocked 12.48 seconds to win her Heat yesterday.

Amusan will be compete against Puerto Rico’s Jasmine Camacho-Quin who is unbeaten this season and lead the third semi-final with a time of 12.41 seconds and former world record holder, USA’s Kendra Harrison who posted 12.33 seconds to win the first semi-final
