Nigeria’s D’ Tigers have slipped four places in the most recent FIBA ranking, which was published on Thursday.
The country’s men’s basketball team has dropped from 39th to 42nd place in the rankings.
The former African champions managed to accumulate 299.7 points during the evaluated month.
The current FIBA ranking places D’Tigers as the sixth best basketball team in Africa.
Interestingly, South Sudan is currently the top-ranked country on the continent, showcasing their impressive basketball skills.
The top five teams in Africa include Coted’Ivoire, Angola, Tunisia, and Egypt, highlighting the strong basketball talent present in these nations.
