Gift Orban rescues a point for Gent against Sint-Truiden

Nigerian stars Gift Orban and Jordan Torunarigha scored for Gent to help them to a hard-fought 2-2 draw against St. Truiden at Ghelamco Arena, reports.

Orban has been in great form for Gent this season, scoring five goals in his first five games amidst talks of transfer to Tottenham. He was looking to continue his goalscoring run when his side welcomed St. Truiden to Ghelamco Arena.

Aboubakary Keita broke the deadlock for the away team in the 7th minute before Mathias Delorge doubled their advantage in the 13th minute.

Orban began Gent’s comeback when he nodded the ball in from Tsuyoshi Watanabe’s header in the 35th minute and German-born Nigerian defender Jordan Torunarigha drew level from Sven Kums’ corner kick in the 58th minute.

Gent now have 10 points from four matches, a point ahead of closest rivals Union St.Gilloise
