The Partenopei centre-forward, Victor Osimhen will miss Napoli’s pre-season fixture against Laliga side Girona due to muscle injury, Reelradio.com.ng reports.
The game kicks off at 17.30 UK time and continues their pre-season preparations.
Osimhen is not even on the bench today due to a slight muscular issue, but it is not believed to be anything serious.
Been instrumental last season, the 24-year-old goal sensational poacher has proved to lynchpin for reigning Serie A kings, by having superb heroics last season, scoring 31 goals in 39 appearances.
However, Coach Rudi Garcia continues to switch between the 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1 formations, depending on the characteristics of the players in the line-up.
