Rangers Football Club Defender, Leon Balogun has been included in Scottish Premiership Team of the Week by football statistics website Whoscored, Reelradio.com.ng reports.
The Super Eagles central defender made his season debut against the West Lothian outfit, and helped the Light Blues keep their first clean sheet of the campaign.
Balogun and two other Rangers players were named in the ceremonial Best XI.
Against Livingston, Balogun registered game-high figures for tackles (2) and interceptions (2), and his three clearances with 72 passes.
The 38-year-old completed 80.6 percent of his passes, touched the ball 84 times and won seven aerial duels over the course of ninety minutes at Ibrox Stadium.
Balogun will be hoping to keep his place in the starting lineup in Rangers’ Champions League third qualifying round clash with Swiss side Servette at the Stade de Genève (Lancy) on Tuesday evening.
