Moffi leads Nice to win Terem-ember against PSG

Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi scored two goals and earned an assist to help his side to a 3-2 win at Paris St Germain in Ligue 1 on Friday, condemning the hosts to their first defeat of the season, Reelradio.com.ng reports.

Nice striker Terem Moffi opened the scoring, though the French star Mbappe later levelled the scoring to 1-1 heading into half-time.

Into the second half, OGC Nice came out strong and Gaetan Laborde nabbed a second for his team. Their lead was doubled when Moffi hit a brace, putting the visitors 3-1 ahead.

Mbappe secured a late brace with an 87th minute volley from Kolo Muani’s deep cross, looping in a volley over Nice keeper Marcin Bulka.

Moffi has now scored three goals in five league appearances for Nice this season.

The win was Nice’s second of the season, while PSG suffered their first defeat of the campaign.

Nice moved up to second place with nine points, while PSG occupy third place with eight points.
