Michael Samson is a multi-talented Nigerian gospel minister, singer, songwriter and multidisciplinary digital designer. He was born (in 1995) and raised in Lagos State, southwest Nigeria. He is from Ikeji Ile,Osun State, Nigeria. He gained his first degree education at the Kwara state Polytechnic where he studied civil engineering. He then moved to London to study more in graphic design/Product design and eventually added music to his repertoire.
Michael Samson started his career as a church musician and was once playing the drums and piano at his home church Christ Apostolic Church before he moved to RCCG where he played for two years and also served as the band’s leader. His career took a turn for the better when he sang a song titled KOINONIA, the song brought many campus students to there knees and countless testimonies were recorded.
In May 2015, Michael Samson also known as Minister Mk started off his #Soundofyahweh in Ilorin Kwara State, a gathering of intense worship where followers also join his live stream and worship God together from the comfort of their devices.
Sound of Yahweh has happened every other year since its inception in 2015 with the event spanning a duration of three days.
Sound of Yahweh is now a Minister MK based in England where he does ministry.
