Croatian Serie A club side NK Istra 1961 is delighted to unveil Flying Eagles striker, Salim Fago Lawal in a three – year contract deal with one year option, Reelradio.com.ng scooped.
Salim Fago Lawal ply his trade with Nigerian club side FC Mavlon, and also double as a standard member of the U20 national team of Nigeria.
He signed a contract with the club until 2026.
The young striker featured in all of the Flying Eagles’ five games at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina.
Istra 1961 are based in Pula and finished fifth in the Croatian top league this past season.
