Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Remo Stars have announced the signing of experienced striker Samson Olasupo, bolstering their attacking options ahead of the second half of the season.
Olasupo joins the Sky Blue Stars after a stint in Serbia with Radnicki Sr. Mitrovica, where he gained valuable experience playing in European competition. Prior to his move to Serbia, Olasupo had spells with NPFL clubs Sunshine Stars and Katsina United, where he established himself as a clinical and prolific goal-scorer.
The signing of Olasupo is a significant coup for Remo Stars, who have been looking to strengthen their attacking options in order to maintain their challenge for the NPFL title. With his experience and goal-scoring ability, Olasupo is expected to make an immediate impact for the Sky Blue Stars.
Remo Stars’ technical crew will be hoping that Olasupo’s arrival will provide a boost to the team’s attacking potency, and help them to maintain their momentum in the second half of the season.
The signing of Olasupo is also a testament to Remo Stars’ commitment to attracting top talent to the club, and their ambition to become one of the top teams in Nigerian football.
