Manchester City moved ahead of Fulham in first-half stoppage time during their Premier League clash at the Etihad, Reelradio.com.ng reports.
Nathan Aké headed the Champions into the lead after Tim Ream had earlier cancelled out Julian Álvarez’s opener.
Aké got on to the end of Phil Foden’s corner and planted the ball into the bottom corner but an extensive VAR check delayed the celebrations.
Eventually there deemed to be nothing wrong with the goal despite it appearing that Manuel Akanji, standing in an offisde position, could’ve been accused of blocking Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno’s line of sight.
