Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has completed his move from Hatayspor to Italian side, SS Lazio.
The 23-year-old arrived in Italy on Friday for medical after both clubs agreed on a loan deal, with an obligation to buy.
The Serie A Club made the announcement on Saturday afternoon after paying a fee of around €2 million to secure the loan, and will be obliged to pay a further €4 million to make the deal permanent.
“SS Lazio announces that it has acquired on a temporary basis with an obligation to buy the rights to the sporting performances of the footballer Oluwafisayo Faruq Dele-Bashiru from Atakaş Hatayspor FK,” the club announced on their official website.
Dele-Bashiru arrived Hatayspor on a free transfer last summer after leaving Sheffield Wednesday and scored nine goals and provided six assists in 39 appearances across all competitions for the club last season.
