East African giants Simba SC have announced the signing of Augustine Okejepha from Nigeria Premier Football League side, Rivers United, Reelradio.com.ng reports.
Okejepha, who was one of the exciting players in the 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup signed a three-year contract with the Tanzanian side until June 2027.
The 20-year-old midfielder who made 26 appearances for Rivers United last season was unveiled on the club’s social media on Saturday.
Okejepha will receive N9 million as his monthly salary, while Rivers United are expected to receive a transfer fee of $250,000.
The defensive midfielder joined Rivers United from Kano Pillars in the 2023/2024 NPFL season after he previously played for Warri Wolves.
